Can't dsave PDFs or update Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2019.012.20040 on my Mac

I have Adobe I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2019.012.20040. Iam unable to save PDF files (unedited) on my Mac. 2019.012.20040. Thought it my be due to update so I tried to update to the latest version and I receive the error code 1636. Do I have to un install Adobe? If yes how is this done on a Mac.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

Please remove the application using the Acrobat Cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the link https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
