Can't Print Web Page to PDF in landscape

I have searched for various options, tried to set preferences and still am having problems. I am no longer able to print a web page in landscape mode to document web changes.

I have taken screenshots of what I am trying to do from Windows 10 using Chrome. I have Adobe Acrobat DC installed and am trying to print (CTRL P), set my printer as Adobe PDF, set the Preferences for Layout to Landscape. Before setting the Layout to Landscape it was printing the page in Portrait mode. Now it is printing the page in Landscape but the image is rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise! I used to use this method all the time!

Windows 10 64-bit, Chrome 64.0.3282.186 (not the most recent but shouldn't be the issue), Acrobat Pro DC 2019.010.20069

Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Wondering if this is an issue with Acrobat Distiller, as that may be handling Adobe PDF printer services.
