Hello Fred40fl,

We're sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. Turn off Adobe's Protected Mode, go to Edit->Preferences -> General and uncheck Enable Protected Mode at Startup and see if this brings any difference.

Acrobat 11 is an end of life and support product, and the security updates and patches are no longer available and this could be the reason you are facing this issue.

install the trial of Acrobat Pro DC and see if this issue is reproducible Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC | Non-subscription

If you still experience any issue, please contact the Adobe Acrobat technical support team so that they can schedule a remote session to investigate and assist you in a better manner Contact Customer Care

Thanks,

Anand Sri.

Hello Pleh,

Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. AS per the description above, you are not able to save a scanned document as a PDF, Is that correct?

Would you mind sharing more details how are you scanning the document? Are you using Adobe Acrobat to scan the document?

If you have Acrobat, please check for any pending updates from help>check for updates, install them and reboot the machine and see if this brings any difference.

Make sure you have the latest driver installed for the printer. You can also refer to the following Adobe doc to troubleshoot scanner issues when scanning using Acrobat Troubleshooting tips for scanner issues when using Acrobat

You may also refer to Scan documents to PDF, Adobe Acrobat
