Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

Have you been trying to save this PDF file to PDF/X from within Acrobat Pro?

 Is it a specific file that is returning an error? Seems to be a problem with the file content itself. 

Run the Preflight tool to Analyze what's causing trouble here. 

Open PDF> Preflight Tool> Analyze and look for errors. 

 

As a workaround, Open PDF>file>Print>Print to Adobe PDF> Save As, and save with a new name. Now open the file you have just created and check back.

so, it's not just the one file, cannot save any as PDF/X with Acrobat Pro. New name did not work. Preflight keep freezing Acrobat. New laptop. Windows 11.
