Can't uninstall & reinstall Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended

I am trying to reinstall Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended.  The installer is directing me to uninstall the existing installation, which I have previously removed. Neither Windows 10 Control Panel nor Windows 10 Settings shows it as an existing program or app.  Thus I can't uninstall & reinstall it.  How can I appease the installer? i.e., how can I delete it if it does not exist?. Neither Control Panel nor Settings shows it as an existing program or app.  How can I appease the installer? i.e., how can I delete it if it does not exist?

ps.:     Since resolved using MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta.diagcab (Troubleshooting Pack Cabinet (.diagcab)).

Sign out of your account... Uninstall... run the Cleaner...

-for non-Cloud programs you need to DE-activate before uninstalling

-http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html (and uninstall)

-using the cleaner after uninstalling and before reinstalling is often needed
