Can't Update or Uninstall Adobe Acrobat

New Here ,
Jun 22, 2024 Jun 22, 2024

I was trying to update Adobe Acrobat version 2023.001.20093 from my Windows 11 laptop, while got Error 1648.

Then I was trying to fix the issue by uninstall the Acrobat and re-install it, while I couldn't uninstall it though either Windows Settings - Apps - Installed Apps or though Adobe Creative Cloud.

I tried to use Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter and Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to uninstall the Acrobat after, while none of these tools can uninstall the Acrobat from my system. The Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool couldn't even detect Acrobat from the system while I can still using Acrobat as usual.

Wondering if anyone knows how can I fix this issue (either to update the Acrobat to the latest version or to unintall the Acrobat from the system, then download the latest version from Adobe). Thanks in advance!

 Hi there

Hope you are doing well.

Please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/3WcwI4M), reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link (https://adobe.ly/3zFateA) and see if that works.
