Can't upload a pdf to my cloud.

The file I'm trying to upload is only 25 MB and I have only used 53 MB of my cloud storage. Everytime I try and upload the PDF it give me the message "An error has occured while trying to access the service." I have tried signing out and in again, uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Acrobat and trying to upload it on 2 different computers but nothing has worked. I'm still able to upload other PDFs to the cloud, just not this one. 

Any help on what I can do to troubleshoot what the issue might be would be greatly appreciated.

    What cloud? And why do you need Acrobat to copy a file to the cloud?

    I'm trying to use adobe's cloud storage. I use Acrobat for textbook pdfs and I use it across 3 different devices so having my files on the cloud just makes it convenient for me.
