Cancel Subscription Withdrawal

Question

Hello! How do I cancel automatic Adobe AcroPro subscription $21.09 monthly payments that are being charged to my credit card. When I go to my account and go to plans to cancel, it's showing I do not have any plans. Your cancellation instructions are not applicable to my situation. So Please advise with a different solution to my problem. Thanks

How did you take your subscription? You need to cancel via the same way. If you took the subscription via the Adobe website, you should be able to cancel by going to https://account.adobe.com/plan, clicking “Manage plan” and “Cancel”.

You should also be able to go to “Manage My Account” via the Help Menu of Acrobat (Pro) DC:

If you have a Teams or Enterprise subscription, you need to contact your reseller or adobe support. Adobe support can be contacted in this case via the admin console.
