Cancel Subscription

I did a free trial subscription, and forgot to cancel before expiration date. Got charged a month, pretty normal. Tried to then cancel and got saw ADOBE HAD LOCKED ME INTO A 12 MONTH SUBSCRIPTION THAT REQUIRED ME TO PAY A LARGE FEE TO END. I have NEVER had anything similar in any other free trial, this is dishonest and scummy to the core. The funny thing is, I was considering buying many of your products but now instead I will sing your rotten ethics in every forum I can find. Absolutely disgusting.

I faced the same situation!!!!! it is truly a scam!!

I called them and spoke kindly and reasonably, told them I thought it was bad practice and wasn't in the financial position to pay as a student. They canceled the subscription. Be persistent.

You should contact Adobe directly. They can usually help with such issues. I would advise against using abusive language, though, if you want to get help...
