Cancel Subscription

I have attempted in multiple ways to cancel my 7 day free trial of adobe, so that I would not be charged a fee for the subscription. Adobe's page has sent me in circles not allowing me to cancel my subscription as no plans or trials show up on my account. Following up with the Contact Us does not allow me to reach out to any person, as Adobe sees that 2 years ago I was in school, Adobe wants me to ask the school to take care of my own personal account. Then Adobe prompts me to reach out to Adobe Admin Console, which then displays a page that says "We're Sorry". I'm left with two options on the page, go back or sign out. The Go Back button doesn't work and then leave me with only the option to sign out of my account while trying to contact any person to cancel this subscription... So how do I get Adobe to stop holding my account ransom?

Try to get in touch with Adobe's support again, and hope you will get somebody who is actualy able to help you. Most people on this forum are users of Adobe's technologoy, just like you,  and we don't have access to the Adobe internal systems.
