Cancel subscription

I downloaded adobe reader couple of days ago and for using adobe i saw there 7 day free trail for getting free trail i enter my card details and 570 Uah deducted from my account . I requested to cancel the plan i got notified by adobe you will get your refund within five business days but i didn’t get i called many times on helplines but didn’t got respond and today a big amount deducted from my account automatically for god sake

I requested to cancel the plan i got notified by adobe you will get your refund within five business days but i didn’t get i called many times on helplines but didn’t got respond anf today again amount deducted from my account automatically for god sake am already passing through crises i am ukrainian refugee refund my last and this deposit they detected from account automatically and cancel my plan

I waited alot for refund my first amount but adobe deucted again from account i can’t bear this kindly refund my last and this deduction amount and cancel my plan.
