Cancellation of acrobat pro dc subscription

Hello! I signed up for a trial of acrobat pro dc to see if  I could use this program for some projects I was working on. But I havent been able to use it for any good. And I went into my account to cancel my subscription and they now require me to pay a cancellation fee, which I would have no problem paying if I knew about it. I tried to find the terms for this while signing up for the trial, but it was all very well hidden which is not very profeessional for a big company like this. I am in europe and wonder if any of you have an email or a phone nr which I can call, cause that chat robot which adobe uses is tno good.
