Cannot Access Adobe Pro DC

I am unable to use Adobe Pro DC as it states licence expired which it has not. This is caucing me major issues as I need to use this tool tosubmit documentation to a client. benn on hold to Adobe for approx. 1.5 hours but have to hang up now. Please help.
