Cannot activate old version ACROBAT X PRO too many activates on old computer long gone

How can one activate of an older copy Acrobat  PRO,
when the previous computer it was on is now long gone (8yrs)?

Hi MichaelAlanStuart,

As per the issue description mentioned above,  you are unable to activate acrobat x as you are getting activation limit reached message when trying to do so, is that correct?

Make sure to tell them you're only interested in resetting the activation counter, as anything else regarding this version is no longer supported.
