Hello,
I'm encountering an issue when trying to open PDF files from Google Drive using Adobe Acrobat's web integration. Every time I attempt to open a file, I get this error:

"Sorry, we were unable to authorize this app for all of the files you attempted to open. Please try again."Screenshot 2025-07-11 134309.png

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

This message usually appears when Acrobat Web doesn’t have permission to access some of your files. This could happen due to security settings or file restrictions.

Here are a few things you can try:

  • Make sure you have full access to the files you're trying to open.
  • Ensure your browser allows pop-ups and has permission to open files.
  • Sometimes old data can cause issues. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
  • Switching to another browser (like Chrome, Edge, or Firefox) might help.
  • Some browser extensions (like ad blockers) can interfere. Try disabling them temporarily.
