Question

Cannot change style on Fill and Sign Yourself.

In Adobe Acrobat Standard on Windows, all four styles are the same on the drop-down in Fill and Sign Yourself, and when choosing one that isn't already selected, it does not change the style of the signature. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program, and it did not fix the issue.

I just updated Adobe Acrobat today and the issue is no longer happening for me. All signature styles are there and selectable.

Hi,  I actually submitted this to support on the 19th as well.  It started after the optional june 15th updated.  They have a bug on the board (ADC-4469889)  for this and is in development for a fix.  I'll let you all know when they tell me about the fix they want to send out.  For now our workaround was to install a previous versions of enterprise reader from the link below.  make sure you turn off autoupdate otherwise it will keep reinstalling the update that broke it.  (i used the may 14th 2024 version).

if you dont' have an enterprise account, instructions on installing a different version can be found here:

I'm experiencing the same problem. It came up a few days ago but the uninstallation + reinstallation fixed it, but now it's back and uninstalling/reinstalling doesn't fix it.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
