Cannot compress a file "you do not have sufficient permissions...."

Question

See attached imagesI cannot compress a file as it is saying that I do not have sufficient permissions. Other files are fine. When I go into the properties of the file and choose the "Security" tab, it is already on "No Security" for the Security Method .

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

We made many stability and performance enhancements with the subsequent updates. Would you mind updating the app to the latest version (2024.005.20414) and let us know if the issue is fixed for you?

To do so, go to Menu-> Help-> Check for Updates.

If you still experience the issue, please share the below information for further investigation:

1. The OS details of your device;

2. Do you see this with a specific file or all files? Please share a sample with us to test in-house;

3. A screen recording of the workflow you follow where you experience this error.
