I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC v 2020.012.20041 and it has been working well for a long while.  I am using Microsoft 365 Office.  I am able to create PDF's from Excel by using File > Save As Adobe PDF.  All of my acrobat function seem to work.  However, if I try and use Acrobat to create multiple PDF files - Excel files are not one of my options.  I have searched online and it is supposed to be an option.  Any assistance or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Peter

We are sorry for the trouble. As described, when you try to create multiple PDF files from Acrobat the Excel files are not in option.

Is this a behavior with a particular Excel file or with all the excel files? Please try with a different file and check. Also please share the screenshot of the options available to you in Acrobat DC. Please try to reboot the computer once and see if that makes any difference.

What is the Veriosn of the OS you are using? Please try to repair the installation (For Windows) and check. Go to Help > Repair Installation.

If it still doesn't work please try to reset the preferences to default as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792...

If it still doesn't work, please create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there .

If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat Cleaner Tool https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html  , Reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the link https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/acrobat-downloads.html

Let us know how it goes

Regards

Amal

I am running Windows 10.  In my preferences, none of the Microsoft apps show under the "Convert to PDF" section.  I believe this is my issue.  If so, how do I gfet them to show up?  Many thianks for the assistance.
