Cannot export PDF Form data to Excel

New Here ,
Feb 06, 2024 Feb 06, 2024

In our previous version of Acrobat Pro we had the option 'Merge Data Files into Spreadsheet'. However, with our new version of Acrobat Pro (2022.003.20282) this option appears to be missing. I followed the instructions in the help - Click Prepare Form icon -> select file. There is no option to export data. The picture below is what is displayed after selecting a file.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Thank you very much Thom!

I think Adobe should update their online instructions.
