Well this is not what I see, the people at Foxit reader asked me to make a video for them, I'm sharing it here too, I do have the same identical problem in Adobe. Rec 06 03 17 - YouTube


Foxit and FireFox do not use the Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in. I would try Internet Explorer or Opera. Google Chrome will work if configured to use Adobe Acrobat Reader Plug-in.

For a long form or any form you may have trouble with, I would download to my local computer and drive and then open if using Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat.

Also never ever use Apple/Macintosh Preview on any PDF and especially a form. Preview does corrupt PDFs and PDF forms.

What application are you using, including exact version number?

I tried both Adobe Acrobat Reader DC  version 17 and Adobe Acrobat Pro 2010 and both give me the same issue.
