Cannot Install CD Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 on macOS Sonoma 14.4.1

New Mac Mini M2Pro running macOS Sonoma 14.4.1. Trying to install single-user no-subscription Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 from a CD purchased new from Newegg.com about 2 weeks ago.

I had subscription Adobe Creative Cloud and Acrobat Pro on my Mac Mini and uninstalled them before starting the install of Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020.

Attempted to install 3 times:

#1: With all apps closed except Kaspersky;  

#2 same as #1, but with Kaspersky protection turned off and quit the app; and

#3 same as #2, but after rebooting in Safe Mode.  

All three resulted in the attached screenshots. 

Any suggestions on what to try next?
