Cannot open Acrobat Reader DC - PC

I am unable to open any PDF's or open Acrobat Reader DC.

 

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted,  used Acro Cleaner, disabled my Anti Virus, and nothing works. I did once see the "Acrobat failed to connect to DDE Server message" but after most reinstalls/attempted launches, I see nothing.  Can someone please help?

    Thanks for reaching out, As described above, Cannot open Acrobat Reader DC, correct?

     

    As you have tried all the troubleshooting steps mentioned above without any success, please try the following steps in the following sequence and check:

    • Restart the computer and try launching the application.

     

    If it still doesn't work

    • Right click on the application and run as admin, and check.

     

    If it still doesn't work

     

    If it still doesn't work, please create a new user account with full admin rights and try opening the application there and check.
