Cannot 'prepare form' from word document

Hi

I'm trying to prepare a form using a Word 2016 document (something I have done 100 times already) but keep getting the below error. These files are synced with One drive. I am able to create forms with anything that is not synced but to do it this way would be extremely time consuming. Can anyone help please?

Please check if there is an update available for Acrobat by launching Acrobat>click Help>then select Check for Updates.

You may also download updates from the following link:

Also, try to launch Acrobat as an administrator- to do that, locate Acrobat shortcut on the desktop>right-click>select Run as administrator.

What is the version of Acrobat DC installed on the computer?

To check the version, click About Adobe Acrobat Pro DC under Help.
