cannot print pdf from MacBook Pro?

I have a MacBook Pro and HP and Canon printers. All files print fine except for ones in Adobe Acrobat Pro. Can anyone help? Very frustrating. Adobe support is useless.

What is the version of your Acrobat?
What are the models of your printers?
What are the printer driver versions?
what is the error message you get?
