Cannot scroll pages when highlighter pen is enabled

Question

Hi,

I´m using the touch-screen of my PC trying to highlight text.

The problem is that i just can´t scroll pages while highlighter pen is enabled. Adobe selects and highlights text instead of scrolling.

To scroll I need to swap to the handscroll tool again. For instance, this issue does not happen when using the mouse scroll. In this case, scrolling is enabled when using the highlighter

How can I scroll with the touch screen while the highlighter is selected?

This is the design behaviour of the application, please try to scroll the PDF pages from the scroll bar when using touch mode, as shown in the screenshot below:
