Hello,
I need some help with Adobe Acrobat. I cannot sign in to my Adobe account in the app. And I also cannot save and see the files in the Adobe Creative Cloud storage. Whenever I click on "sign in," nothing happens.
Is there anything that I need to do? I look forward to the solution that this community could offer me.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.01.2017x installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that helps.

I am using a Mac mini M1 with macOS Ventura installed.
And the version of my Adobe Acrobat is 2023.001.20177

- Did you install Acrobat from the Creative Cloud application?
- Did you check if the issue occurs only with the Acrobat application?
- Would you mind sharing the screen recording for a better understanding?
- Are you using the application on a work machine or personal?
