Cannot sign on or register Acrobat Pro DC 19 (Seems it works even is not registered)

 As you can see, I try to sign trough the option sign in / sing out. I dont use the right Sign in because it dont bring anyting.

 

 

Then it appears the next message: Initializing registration, wait 1 minute

 

I didnt get the activation part, but I can use the application, in my case I dont close but everyhing I trying to use sing on is not possible. What can I do for fix it the online option?

If you are still looking for a response, please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/4aBSm83, reboot the computer once, and install the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/40T2JAR and see if that works for you.

Thanks for the info, I tried to clean and donwload as you said but this app is not the same. For example I bought a key from G2A. I donwload the app from: 

https://www.adobe-trials.download/Adobe/Acrobat/Acrobat%20DC/Adobe%20Acrobat%20Pro%20DC.zip

If I try to use  https://adobe.ly/40T2JAR  there is no way to use my key, I did not found it. My key can be use with the trials adobe.

Adobe has certified re-sellers who are authorized to sell Adobe Applications. You can refer to the list here: Adobe Partner Connection Portal.
