Cannot sign out of Adobe Acrobat DC in Citrix

I am a IT administrator for our Citrix environment. None of us, me included, cannot sign out of Adobe Acrobat DC. We use Citrix User Profile Management (UPM) for profiles. This is not a new install and has been installed and updated each Adobe update through the Check Updates button and we have not changed anything other than standard updates to the Citrix master/golden image, Windows Server 2016.

 

Before I ask for Adobe support through a ticket, can anyone help me where to look, in the profile, Event Viewer, or anywhere else? I think it possibly may be a profile issue, only because I have not found anything else and I can sign out of Adobe Acrobat DC on my desktop Windows 10 machine with no issue.

 

When we attempt to sign out, a dialog box appears and spins but after about 5-10 seconds it quits and states: 

Sorry, something went wrong.

We have the exact same issue. Were you able to fix this ? If so, can you share the fix ?
