Cannot Uninstall Acrobat X Pro

I am having issues with Acrobat X Pro and Windows 10.
My copy of Acrobat X is installed from Adobe CS6 Master Collection.  I've used Acrobat X in Windows 10 in the past but suddenly I cannot get it to launch.

When I try to un-install through Settings>Apps> I see I have an entry for Adobe Acrobat X Pro - English, Francais, Deutsch.

When I select it the Modify and Uninstall buttons are greyed out and not available options.

I tried using the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool several times and it's not removing the entry from Settings>Apps and in the Start menu I still see Adobe Acrobat Distiller X, Adobe Acrobat X Pro, a folder for Adobe Master Collection CS6, and Adobe LiveCycle ES2 but the application icons under them appear to be unlinked to anything.  I've rebooted several times after running the cleaning tool and checked Settngs>Apps and trying to remove everything.
