Cannot use Acrobat DC 2015 but got prompted to sign in to use the 7-days trial version

I have purchased Adobe Acrobat DC 2015; however, today, when I started my Acrobat DC, it asked me to sign in or sign up, and only gave me a 7-dys free trial of the Acrobat Pro DC. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the program; however, it did not work. How then can I use the Acrobat DC 2015 that I've purchased without signing up the 7-day free trail of the Pro DC online program?

Please tell us the exact version of Acrobat, as shown by Help > About Acrobat -- something like 2016.123.45678 (all digits matter).
