I just purchased the Adobe Acrobat Premium (monthly). One of the features is for me to have the ability to edit PDFs. But when I try to edit one file, it prompts me to buy Adobe Acrobat Pro. This is frustrating. Does anybody know here what to do? I attached here a video of the screen record

Hi @Ruel34842547bbds,

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for reaching out!

If you have a subscription to Acrobat Pro DC, you can use the same login on your laptop and tablet.

However, if you have a mobile subscription, i.e., Acrobat Premium, it is specific to mobile devices or tablets and cannot be used on your laptop.

If you plan on only using the account for viewing on your laptop, then you are free to do so, but the tools will not be available.

Hope this clarifies your question.

Hi @anastasia_0327,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

I checked your email and found an active subscription to Acrobat Premium.

As mentioned above, Acrobat Premium is a mobile-exclusive subscription, with minimal features available on desktop.

If you are unable to use the features on your mobile device, please let me know, and I will discuss this with the team.

For more clarity: Manage subscriptions — Acrobat for Android Help (adobe.com).

Thanks,

Souvik

Hi @Ruel34842547bbds ,

From your video it shows that you are signed in.

I am wondering if that is happening because of activating the same Adobe ID on different computers.
