I have Adobe pro DC and was emailed a fillable pdf form however it is not fillable on my desktop.  Is there something else needed?

i tried reader also however adobe supports says pro has all the same functionality plus more.  i ended up gaining another copy of the form which worked as expected.

I am closing these case and will just say the form was corrupted.

Is it possible this person needs to use the reader to 'fill' the form?  I know the forms act differently in both Edit and Prepare Form modes.

I have the same issue. I can fill in from my desktop but not able to fill in from my iPad or iPhone. The document doesn't appear to be fillable on my iPad or iPhone. Is there a setting that needs to be selected when creating the fillable form?

I'm having this issue with a form I created in Adobe Acrobat DC and recipients of it using iPhone/iPad cannot use the drop downs and text fields.  I can't figure out why.

No, nothing else is required. How do you know it's fillable, though? Can you see any fields if you go to Prepare Form mode?

yes all the fields are there in the prepare mode and I have also emailed the form to other friends and they have no trouble.

So what's preventing you from filling it in, exactly?
