Cant view/Print PDF - can someone help a novice?

Hi

I am trying to print this important document for filing and unable to do so. The software is so complicated that I am unable to do so. If anyone could help me I would be most grateful. Thanks

I've had this happen before trying to open a file in Google Chrome. When I used Internet Explorer, it downloaded with no issues. I have no idea why, but it worked! Maybe try opening it with a different browser?

Because Chrome (as well as many other browsers now) uses its own built-in PDF plugin, which is sub-standard compared to Reader, especially when it comes to form fields and scripts.

What kind of file are you trying to open? What's the file extension?
