Does anyone know what happened with Adobe in the last week?

A week ago I was able to send a fact from Adobe to my LexisNexis CaseMap 14 with the adobe plug-in.

Now the plug-in is gone from my Adobe Acrobat Pro program.

Maybe Acrobat updated to 64-bit and maybe you need a new plug-in. Contact the maker to see if they made an upgrade, or whether the plug-in is dead.

Hi Nancy28045956x8wi,

Thank you for reaching out.

Would you mind sharing the workflow you used to do?

Do you get any error messages? Share more information on what has changed.

Share the Acrobat and OS version numbers.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

I am experiencing a similar problem, but maybe slightly different.  I cannot send a PDF or a fact from a PDF to my LexisNexis CaseMap 14 while using Acrobat Pro DC.  The Plug-In appears to still be in Acrobat, but now I get an error message that CaseMap is not installed.  But CaseMap 14 is installed and was working with Acrobat about 2 weeks ago.

Access denied. Looks like Acrobat's Protected Mode. Turned in for many recently. Turn it off under Preferences -- Security (advanced) ignore Protected VIEW.

Indeed - that fixed it.  Not sure I really want to turn Protected Mode off permanently, but that does fix the problem.  Many thanks.
