CC Desktop shows Acobat DC under installed. It's not!

Recently subscribed to Photography package. In CC Desktop window, Acrobat DC shows under installed apps ... with Update available. If I click on the Update, it installs & gives me option of Buy or Try! I've now uninstalled it, but it still shows under the installed apps.

I have got Acrobat X Pro installed, from an Adobe Suite from a few years ago, maybe it's getting confused with this.

How can I remove Acrobat DC entry from the installed section?

Cheers

Gary

It is getting confused by Acrobat X. Do NOT let it update, because it will remove your Acrobat X and install Acrobat DC, for which you have no license... Adobe have known about this for many years and have not offered any fix or workaround. You may draw your own conclusions.

I had already let it update, but it did not uninstall Acrobat X. After seeing it then gave me options of "try" or "buy", I uninstalled it (acrobat DC), which then still showed in the installed list as an update is ready!

Can this be transferred back to the "Creative Cloud Services" forum, where I originally posted it to. The problem is not Acrobat itself, It's the creative cloud desktop window showing the app is installed.
