Change Language in Email at Adobe Sign

Hallo, 
wie kann ich die Sprache in der Email verändern, die von Adobe Sign an den Unterzeichner gesendet wird. Derzeit ist die Sprache Englisch.
Ich nutze das Abo Adobe Acrobat Pro

Hallo,

gibt es da inzwischen eine Lösung? Habe gerade 4 Stunden mit dem Support gechattet, alles neu installiert und alles mögliche versucht, weil es angeblich funktionieren soll. Alles vergebens. Meine Kollegen können mit Acorobat Pro deutsche Mails versenden, als Nutzer von Acrobat Pro in der Creative Suite geht es aber nicht. Das ist ja nicht sehr logisch, aber selbst der Adobe-Support kann es wie gesagt nicht lösen.

Dieser Punkt interessiert mich auch brennend - ich finde keine Einstellung für Adobe Acrobat Pro. Standardsprache Deutsch, Sekundärsprache nicht gesetzt.

Bitte ebenfalls um Lösungsvorschlag!

wir haben das gleiche Problem das teilweise die Sprache der Sign Mails in Englisch erscheint.
Hat schon jemand eine Idee wie das gelöst werden kann?

We have checked your account and see you do not have an Acrobat Sign Enterprise or a Business service plan. Under the Account Languages settings, you will see only the Account Language Preference option, which will change the language for your account or the users in your account. 

You can access the settings via the following steps: 

- Open the link: https://adobe.ly/4hd37QH

- Sign in using the Adobe credentials.

- Click on the profile icon at the top right and select Settings.

- In the settings window, Scroll down to E-Sign settings.

 

The option to change the language at the receiver's end is available only for Business and Enterprise users. For more information, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3EgYpTl

Danke für die Antwort, die wir alle bereits kennen.

Die Frage ist doch, WANN endlich das auch bei den Standard Konten umgesetzt wird, dass die Sprache der Empfänger E-Mail in meiner Landessprache ankommt.

 

Schade, dass ich mir ein anderes System suchen muss.

I don't understand why there is no solution from Adobe, but I have noticed that emails are only sent in English when I send them from the desktop application. However, if I send them via Adobe Sign through the web interface, it respects my preferred language for the recipient as well. Maybe this helps someone.

Ich verstehe zwar nicht, warum es keine Lösung seitens Adobe gibt, jedoch habe ich festgestellt, dass der Versand auf englisch nur dann stattfindet, wenn ich es aus dem Desktop-Programm sende. Sende ich es jedoch aus AdobeSign über die Weboberfläche übernimmt er meine favorisierte Sprache auch für den Empfänger. Vielleicht hilft es jemanden.

Since your experience with the desktop and web applications was different, are you using the same account for each version?

Ich kann das verifizieren, in der Web-Anwendung konnte ich die Sprache auf Deutsch umstellen und dann ging die Mail auf Deutsch raus - aber: nach erneutem Login ist alles wieder auf Englisch. Und die Einstellung ist tief verschachtelt.
