I need to switch my payment method to a different account but cant seem to find how to do this. Waiting forever for the customer service team to get back to me and wondering if someone else happens to know. thanks.

you can:
Access your Adobe ID account
Change your credit card
Manage your Adobe ID account
Change your password
Change Adobe ID email address
Add phone for account recovery
Change address or phone number
Edit your personal profile
Update communication preferences
Revoke access to third-party apps

(but i don't see how a different account comes into play),

We have checked your Adobe account under the same email registered here. But we don't find any subscription registered under current account, for which you would like to change your payment information.

I'm confused. I definitely have an account and you guys charge me $14.99 every month. I simply want to change the credit card that is being charged on and am having a hard time doing so. Can I please just speak to someone on the phone?
