Changes to Acrobat

Over the past couple of days, I needed to reformat my hard disk. After I reinstalled Acrobat, I discovered that the interface has changed completely. I have urgent correspondence to send but before I do so I must come to grips with this interface, which appears to be an impossible task.

Why does Adobe just change things without warning us users?
