Changing end of line when measuring with Acrobat

When Measuring with Acobat you can change the end of the line to open, closed, butt, diamond, round etc.

You can then select "Make Properties Default. and every time you make a measurement it leaves the shape you selected on the end of the line. Except for when you select "None". If you select "None" then chech "Make Properties Default" it will leave none on the end of the line one time then default back to an open end, No matter how many times you select None and make it the default setting it will default back to open every time. Is there a way to fix this. It is driving me crazy i have to open the properties evry time and change it to NONE.
