You don't need any plan for that. You can use the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to view PDF files. And receiving and sending files doesn't require anything at all, just an email account.

Thank you for your quick response. How do I get this Adobe Acrobat Reader version? All I get 7day free trials on all products. I have found I cannot view files I have saved over times.
