Hi all,
Not sure if this is a limitation in Adobe or my own error but am having a bit of an issue with showing checkbox selections once a form becomes 'locked'.
In the first picture, it shows the checkbox selections I made as a test (essentially 'yes' to the first 3 questions). All the other field types seem to be fine.
But after I initial and 'lock' the form, the second picture shows all the checkbox selections as 'blacked out' (so there is no easy way to identify what selections were made unless I export the form to CSV format - i.e no clear way to show the 'yes' selections). The other form responses in the other field types are shown.
Just wondering if anyone has come across this or if there is a workaround etc to overcome this? Essentially trying to figure out if there is a way to send a completed form to someone else that purely shows the responses (checkboxes included) in a read only format. Any help or tips would be very welcome! 🙂

How does you lock the form?

Hi Bernd, thanks for the reply. I believe it 'locks' after I add a signature (or in this test, I signed with initials) and save the form (essentially the second picture in my original post). When I save the PDF, it 'locks' and I can no longer interact with the Form Fields etc.
I am wondering if I need to tinker around with the document properties/security settings perhaps? I note that 'changing the document' is not allowed but 'filling of form fields' is (though I'm assuming this is a setting prior to signing/initialing a PDF)..
