I am running version 23.3.20269.0 and each time I try to open a pdf the program launches and the pdf is viewable for a few seconds then what appears to be the adobe login dialog box pops up but is completely blank. That box closes and then the application closes. The same thing happens when I open the application directly from Creative Cloud or from the start menu.

Have you started experiencing this issue after installing the latest patch or updating Acrobat to the latest version?
Try the following steps and see if that helps:
1- Set Acrobat as the default PDF viewer to open the .pdf file on your system.
2- Install latest patch Open Acrobat>Menu>help>check for update
3- If this doesn't help, go to Menu>Disable New Acrobat and see if that works.

Same issue here.. also we can do step 2 as the program crashes with a blank login screen

I fixed this by opening another adobe app and removing a computer from the install list that I don't use any more. Was a device limit problem for me
