Question

Color fill isn't printing.

On Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, I've been editing an old document. The text color prints but fill color doesn't. (I added color fill by using Comments>Rectangle, then right-clicked on the rectangles I wanted to be colored.) I can see the color fill on the screen, but not in the printed copy (or the preview), though colored text is fine. I'd be grateful for counsel.

Hi @default6v00chcd45ye

Can you please share a test PDF, Acrobat version details, printer model details. Has the issue started happening recently?

Hi, Anubhav. Yes indeed, as I said in my post, I am using Acrobat Pro DC. I'm not sure what you mean when you ask me to post at https://adobe.ly/3Biqqbx. That merely leads back to the Adobe Community site, where I posted my original question. Should I be posting it somewhere else? Thanks!
