Combiner de fichier pdf

New Here ,
Mar 19, 2025 Mar 19, 2025

@Scolaco I would restart your computer if that fixes the problem. A restart can clear temporary glitches or background processes can interfere with software functionality and give your system a fresh start. While a restart might fix the problem, it's also possible that the issue is more complex. Since you're using a recent version, it could be a specific bug or compatibility issue.

I have no problem combining with the latest version, I would use Adobe Cleaner from Adobe website versus using any third party cleaner. Adobe Cleaner helps remove old Adobe software, cleaning corrupt installation files, and fixing your host files to establish a connection with Adobe servers. https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Then log back into adobe.com and install Acrobat Pro again. And it should work great soon after! Sometimes a weird file from an old update or corrupt file could be the culprit. If that doesn't work, I would roll back to the previous version of Pro.

Hello!

I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.

Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 25.001.2043x Optional update, Mar 19, 2025. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and check. For more information, see this: https://adobe.ly/4i6d1mQ

Ensure the file names and paths are not too long or contain special characters. Shorten the file names if necessary. If the issue persists, use the Preflight tool to check for and fix any font or file issues. Go to Tools > Print Production > Preflight and run the appropriate checks.

For detailed information, please see this article: Combine files

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
