Hi Omkar,

As per the attached screenshot, this issue usually comes due to strict policies in trust managers, which is blocking the macros. You can try following troubleshooting:

To add a publisher the Trusted Publishers list in the Trust Center, do the following:

  • Open the file from the new publisher.
  • Click File > Enable Content in the Security Warning area.
  • Click Advanced Options > Trust all documents from this publisher.

For detailed information, refer to the link below:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-001/word-help/add-remove-or-view-a-trusted-publisher-HA0103 54309.asp...

You can also add the document path as a trusted location, refer to the link below:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/word-help/create-remove-or-change-a-trusted-location-for -your-fil...

If above solution doesn't work, you can Change/Repair the Microsoft application.

You can refer to this thread for more info:

Let us know, if you still face any issue.

I had this happen to me.  I had an open word document with macros that I wasn't combining but it was open and Acrobat that it was being combined which it gave me the same error message as you.  I closed all word documents and also adobe and then reopened adobe and added the files to combine.  It worked perfectly.  I hope this helps.
