Combining Files Issue

Dear Support , 

I am facing an issue in combinig files by using the application it self . I tried to combine only 2 small size files , it is not combinig, it is just still same 2 files seperatly. I tried by using the following link https://cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf  it worked but I want to use the application as usual. Plz advice.
