I have a user that is having problems with combining PDF files. They received these files from an outside company who exported these files via PowerPoint to PDF. When they go to combine the files, it is turning text into boxes with "x's".
User is using Acrobat 2017 (which I know won't be supported soon).
Other company using 365 with PDF version 1.7
I attached pictures of what it is doing and also the information provided from the other company.
I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Acrobat forum so that proper help can be offered.
