Hi there
Locked comments in a PDF are meant to prevent modifications within Adobe Acrobat and Reader, but they do not necessarily restrict all actions in other PDF viewers or platforms, such as macOS Preview. Some third-party applications may not fully honor Adobe’s locking feature.
To ensure your comments remain completely uneditable, try the following steps as below:
1. Apply Security Restrictions – Use Adobe Acrobat’s password protection to restrict editing and annotation modifications. as described here https://adobe.ly/4lcmbRc
2. Use Digital Signatures – If the document needs to remain interactive but locked, signing it digitally can help prevent further modifications https://adobe.ly/4hWoOnG
You may also encourage recipients to use Adobe Acrobat or Reader, which fully respects comment locking.
Hope this information will help

Bonjour,
Merci,

Hi there
As mentioned, this is an interactive PDF form, so restricting it may not be the best approach. Some third-party applications might not fully support Adobe’s comment-locking feature. The best course of action would be to encourage recipients to use Adobe Acrobat or Reader, as these applications fully honor comment locking.

Bonjour,
Je comprends. Existe t-il un outil qui pourrait apporter une information, sans quelle soit modifiable par un Mac ?
Merci,
