Compare Documents false positive for differences

Hello,
When doing a PDF compare, which is usually done by comparing an optimized PDF created from an MS Word doc and then the scanned/optimized/OCR PDF with a signature (same document), there are a significant amount of changes flagged that aren't actual changes. This is also done selecting "Compare Text Only", and with many changes in settings - Only selecting Text, Autodetect, Scanned documents, drawings, illustrations, etc. Almost all text is flagged as a change. This seems to be partially due to the text being inside of a table. We are using a current version of DC - 20.013.20074.18474. Acrobat should be able to interpret the graphics and compare the actual text values with each other. With the current funtionality, the compare function is pretty much unusable. Any help here would be appreciated.
