Comparing two documents.

When I compare two documents, as I start ti scroll down through the comparison, the two sides/documents don't stay lined up.  One side starts to slide quicker from the other and before you know it, they two sides/documents are no longer lined up side-by-side.

Anyone else have this issue and if so, how did you fix it?

I would fix it by going in to full page view mode, so nothing can slide or go quicker/slower.
